Once again, my gardening decisions have proved to be a slight misjudgment on growing speed and mostly final size – the plants seem ever so tiny once placed at the desired spot, and this one I remember even stalled for a bit at the beginning. I have potted Rosa arvensis ‘Ayrshire Queen’ for now, this gives me some time to find the perfect place where she can grow to all her splendid size. Hopefully by then she will have forgiven the brutal treatment!
