Rose pruning season

With all the snow gone, the wisteria and the apple tree in the front garden pruned, I can finally get going on all the roses. This winter season was an awkward one – too warm for too long, then suddenly cold, then too busy, then snow, and then really really cold so there was a snow cover for a month. But finally it is starting to look a bit more towards end of the winter.
