The heavy snow from a month ago had left some damage to one of my older rose arbors. So I pruned the roses each side back to a couple of stems and built a new one. Almost straight, almost leveled -but since my whole property is anything but straight and leveled one might not find out unless looking at it very closely. And it ‘s about the roses anyway, isn’t it? Now they only have to grow back quickly …
