One of my all time favourite is Echinacea Pretty Parasol. I stumbled upon it a few years back at Zsohár Kertészet, an Hungarian perennial nursery. And it has become my all time favourite. Ever! I like how the petals change from white to pink; when the petals emerge they aim for the sky, then slowly begin to arch beautifully down the stems. It is from Belgium’s Jan Spruyt, probably an Echinacea pallida hybrid. And have I mentioned – my favourite, ever?!
